1. About the service and these terms
Scam With Your Friends is a fictional comedy game featuring AI-controlled characters. These terms describe the conditions for using the game, its app, and the institutional website. When using the service, you must observe these conditions and applicable law.

2. The entire game world is fictional
Characters, companies, stories, situations, numbers, cards, credentials, balances, coins, and rewards established by the game are fictional and exist solely for entertainment. They do not represent real accounts, payment instruments, income promises, or authorization to access third-party services.
The game does not make telephone calls to real people. AI-generated responses may contain errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected content. They are not financial, legal, or professional advice. Parodies and humorous references do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by people or brands.
The fictional setting does not authorize fraud, harassment, identity theft, or any illegal activity. The fiction notice applies to the game world; it does not make personal data you provide or actual app purchases fictional.
3. Permitted use and your responsibilities
You receive limited, personal, non-exclusive permission to use the service for entertainment under these terms. Use a nickname and only the fictional information necessary for the game.
- Do not enter identity documents, bank cards, passwords, confidential information, or other people’s data.
- Do not use the game for real-world fraud, harassment, threats, or violations of anyone’s rights.
- Do not compromise security, access restricted areas, bypass access controls, or overload the service.
- Do not extract or redistribute content in ways that infringe the rights of its owners.
Follow the age rating of the distribution channel. Where required by law, minors need supervision and permission from a parent or guardian, especially for purchases.
4. Gameplay, progress, and rewards
The current version offers individual games with AI. Playing alongside friends does not mean online rooms or multiplayer are available. Character and feature availability may depend on progress and the version used.
Coins, XP, balances, and rewards are virtual elements with no financial value and no right to withdrawal, cash conversion, or external transfer. They are not a wager or a promise of a cash prize.
Your profile and progress are stored in your browser or WebView. Clearing data, reinstalling the app, or switching devices may cause progress loss. The current version does not guarantee cross-device synchronization.
5. iPhone purchases and subscriptions
The app may offer paid plans to unlock features such as voice conversations after the tutorial. Subscriptions are real purchases, separate from fictional game coins. Price, currency, duration, included features, any trial, and renewal conditions appear in the offer and store confirmation before you subscribe.
An auto-renewing subscription renews under the conditions disclosed by the App Store until canceled. Deleting the app or clearing its data does not cancel a subscription. Trials depend on eligibility and the offer shown; a free trial is not promised to everyone.
Manage or cancel your subscription on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For trials, Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid renewal. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.
Use the app’s restore purchases option when available. Refund requests for Apple-processed purchases should follow Apple’s refund process, without prejudice to statutory consumer rights. A refund is not automatically guaranteed for every request.
6. Voice, connectivity, and external services
AI conversations and voice playback depend on connectivity, device permissions, and external service availability. Voice features may require microphone permission and a subscription, depending on the platform. Errors, usage limits, and interruptions may affect gameplay.
Text and voice clips are processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not use conversations to store personal or confidential information.
7. Content and intellectual property
The code, visual identity, text, illustrations, and other service elements are protected by the applicable rights of their respective owners. Access to the game does not transfer those rights. Third-party components and fonts remain subject to their respective licenses.
You remain responsible for the content you submit. Processing to run the game follows the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not grant general permission to use your voice or identity in advertising.
8. Availability and liability
The service may undergo maintenance, updates, and content changes. Uninterrupted operation and consistently accurate AI responses are not promised. Material changes to purchased features must respect the offer and statutory consumer rights.
Access may be restricted when necessary to contain abuse, protect the service, or comply with a legal obligation, in proportion to the circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including consumer and data subject rights.

These terms may be updated. The version and date will appear on this page; material changes should be communicated appropriately. Relationships subject to Brazilian law will be governed by that law, preserving mandatory rights and the legally competent courts, including the consumer’s local court where applicable.
